Located on one of the busiest streets in Douala Cameroon, this office building was designed to be simple, timeless, and iconic. Consisting of a ground floor with a mezzanine housing the main retail spaces and 7 floors for offices under a roof terrace that will be developed into a restaurant, the building is designed in a modular way making all the elements limited to one size of Glass Panel and one size of Aluminum Panel.
The shape is simple yet imposing with a selection of materials and colors that emphasize further the upscale positioning of this project.
The terrace on the first floor works as the main garden where users of the building can meet to relax and have some much-needed breaks during the day.
All services and fire stairs are located on the back Facade but still blend in with the main building concept.
