Located directly in contact with the waves of the Mediterranean, this beach house is the getaway of a wealthy businessman who on the weekend looks to escape the hectic schedule of his weekdays. Designed as a series of simple volumes connected by various pergolas and intermediate spaces that seem to be inside/outside with not much difference in the felt weather you are on the inside or out in the open air. the treatment is monochromatic and the materials are the same everywhere whether you are on the terrace or in the formal living room. All the rooms, even the ones that are on the first floor have direct access to the large garden that is the only thing between the house and the sea. The outdoor space offers various experiences varying from the large spaces of loan around the pool passing by the large pergola space directly connected to the house all the way to the back terraces that are shaded from the afternoon sun and that are a welcome experience in the sunny summer afternoons. next to the house, a series of guest houses come to complement the overall experience.
